RULES 'OF PAYMENT

WARRANTY
gustaedegusta.com guarantees that products delivered will be equal to those shown and described on the site. For all products sold is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal shall apply on the basis of the provisions of Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 and on the basis of the next European regulation 83/2011 / EU to final consumers (natural persons) who purchase on our site for non-business purposes and does not apply to companies which instead acquire the assets for the performance of their professional activity.
The right of withdrawal applies only to all products unused and packaged as originally. It does not apply to those goods that are custom made by our laboratories or perishable goods.
The intention to withdraw must be communicated via email sent to info@gustaedegusta.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. Against delivery of the mail sent.
After receiving the permit termination by the gustaedegusta.com, the purchaser must return, at its expense, the goods purchased, taking care to return them in their original packaging, to our address:

Inside the package there must be a receipt or invoice in original and a sheet with the bank details by the buyer (Bank, IBAN code, Name Surname). If the goods received from gustaedegusta.com correspond to the requirements for the right of withdrawal, gustaedegusta.com will refund within 10 working days from receipt of goods, the amount paid.
Notwithstanding the previously expressed no returns will be accepted in the following cases:
1. Shipments in cash or with at our expense.
2. Shipment arrived without receipt or invoice stating the origin of the good
